自制美食:Panasonic黑胡椒烤鸡带馅料

主料:
1.4千克鸡
1 1/2汤匙黑胡椒粉
1汤匙老抽
2小匙香油
13/4茶匙盐
1/2茶匙糖
1茶匙生抽
2茶匙姜汁
蜂蜜(用于玻璃)
一些油和芝麻油刷牙

方法:
1.鸡洗净,刺破皮肤,轻轻拍干,厨房巾 (前晚准备)
2.调味鸡至少2小时以上的成分。或隔夜 (前晚准备)
