今天要介绍的是这家在香港美食 － 大师傅粥品餐厅。不得不说，这家餐厅的粥品真的非常好吃，很早就起身来到这家餐厅就看到了好多人，相信每一位人都知道香港餐厅的地方不是很大，所以得等位置，而这餐厅本身位置就在于我们住的酒店附近大角咀埃華街69號舖地下，行走大约10-15分钟左右就到达了。
The Big Chef Congee Restaurant located in Hong Kong, 69 Ivy Street, Tai Kok Tsui. Our hotel is nearby to this restaurant, and walk to here it takes about 10 – 15 minutes. I have to say that this restaurant ‘s congee is very nice, and we have to wake up early in the morning and many of you know that Hong Kong’s restaurant interior space is very small. If the restaurant has too much of diners, we might need sharing a table together with them.
开始翻开菜单，点自己喜欢吃的粥。 我点了带子鱼片粥，还有这家餐厅著名的炸两肠，没听过，对吧？ 但，据说这很好吃。当然这家餐厅出色的食品也不是只有这些，也有其他的食品也非常的不错，如：鲍鱼肠、虾米炸两肠、皮蛋肉片肠等等。。。。。。
Start reading the menu, I have order which is the Restaurant named it Congee with Straps and Sliced Fish, and also order Rice noodle roll with Chinese salted donut. I heard this Rice noodle roll with Chinese salted donut is recommended and delicious. 真的非常好吃！ 👌 有肠粉包住了香喷喷的油炸鬼，我一口接一口的吃，配上酱汁，香脆而且肠粉很滑。 值得吃一吃！
It’s absolutely very delicious, non-stop eating this, accompanied with the sauces,crispy rice roll and it’s worth to eat it!
接着，我的带子鱼片粥上桌啦！
Next, is my congee with straps and sliced fish on my table
带子鱼片粥，粥熬得非常润滑，也很绵，鱼片也没有腥味，整体也非常的好吃！
The congee taste very smooth, soft and don’t have the bad smell of the sliced fish. Delicious!
