2016年5月12日的这一天全球第一家24小时凯蒂猫主题咖啡馆在新加坡樟宜第三航飞机场正式营业，而且也是全球里有双蝴蝶结的凯蒂猫。这家凯蒂猫主题咖啡馆以新加坡国花胡姬花园为主题，所以咖啡馆的装潢以郁郁葱葱的绿树和华丽的鲜花盛开之中一个精心制作的乡村环境中，让人想起了盛大辉煌的花园，仿佛就像远离城市生活的喧嚣到一个秘密花园藏身之处的地方。

当天早上从新加坡飞机场第一航下飞机直接乘搭单轨列车到樟宜第三航出到达大厅，查看机场的地图，原来这凯蒂猫胡姬花园咖啡馆位于在第一楼，于到达大厅同一层楼。出到达大厅往右手直走, 就会看到这可爱的凯蒂猫咖啡馆。

庆幸来到这里的时候不是那么多人，但是慢慢的发现怎么越来越多人开始排队了。有好多人都是下了飞机直接到这里咖啡馆使用早餐。在排队的过程中，我上网查询看看是否能够上网订位子，原来是不行✋的，那是真的很好！ 如果能订位子的话，我觉得会很乱而且也会让人觉得不耐烦就犹如台湾的凯蒂猫咖啡馆能够订位子，当时的我超级不耐烦，而且真的不好，不仅仅只有我不耐烦，许多顾客也非常的不耐烦。

In the queuing process, I check online and searching to see if can booked seats, it is not allowed ✋, that is really good! If you can book a seat, I think it will be a mess but also make people feel as if impatient, like Taiwan Hello Kitty cafe can book a seat, and then I’m super impatient when I was there in Taiwan, and really bad, not only me feel impatient and there are a lot of customers are very impatient too because we have queue for very long hours.
当然的通常两个人的位置及一个人的位置都会比较快拿到，因为两个位置的比较容易有位置。很快的，我就已经拿到位置了，虽然是坐在大众人排队的旁边，说实在，真的不习惯也觉得排队的人都在看你吃，也没有哪种私人的空间。如果排队的方式能改一改的话，感觉应该比较好。

坐了一阵子，开始想点餐，举手🙋叫服务员的时候，发现既然没什么服务人员，每个都好忙，而且叫了一个男服务人员，他连看你都不看你，对你笑也没有，即便是你忙也至少对我说等等，我也没觉得怎么样，好过于你对我一脸不管，直接在我面前走了。我是没有关系，但是我老公是有脾气的男人，他也许会说不会再来。后来，在看看有没有其他的服务人员，说实在的服务人员好像不够，服务真的需要改进。

Meals finally come in!
首先来到餐座面前的是Big Breakfast Surprise。摆盘和图片一模一样。有奶油炒鸡蛋，香菇，熏鸭片和美味的凯蒂猫华夫饼淋上乳酪和他们自制蜂蜜石灰枫糖浆配对，华夫饼外面香脆，里面蓬松，还真的蛮好吃的！我不喜欢吃鸭，因为鸭有点辛味，我不是那么的喜欢，所以一路以来都是不吃的。但是这次我既然吃了他们的熏鸭片，真的好吃！香菇也不例外！
First meals is Big Breakfast Surprise. Wobble exactly the same with the picture in the menu. Creamy scrambled eggs, mushrooms, smoked duck and delicious piece Hello Kitty waffles topped with cheese and their homemade maple syrup, honey and lime pairing waffles crispy outside, fluffy inside, really quite delicious! I do not like to eat duck, because duck a bit pungent, I’m not so fond of, so do not eat all the way since. But this time since I ate their smoked duck pieces, really delicious! Mushrooms are no exception!
接着来到餐座面前的是Hello Sunshine。 有点对外观小失望，因为并不像图片那样有Sunshine的感觉，因为我的蛋是看不到的。这里有炒蘑菇，鸡肉香肠及芝士焗至糊糊完美的温暖和安慰的面包，配菜Mesclun沙拉和凯蒂猫crouton（完全不像凯蒂猫）。开始切面包加配菜吃，还真的不错吃！一开始感觉面包硬硬的，不是那么的很想吃再加上我的蛋也很丑，所以还真的不是那么想吃，但不管怎么样，还是得吃！面包吃下去酥软，不是感觉上那硬硬的感觉，所以说不能看外表！

到甜点, Rose Rose I Love you，和图片一模一样，仿佛就犹如中文歌老歌曲玫瑰玫瑰我爱你。菜单说明这是他们自制的橘子奶油蛋糕烘烤，撒上巧克力的土壤和草莓奶油细腻的花瓣包围。配上花生冰淇淋。这真的好吃！本来都很饱的我，也告诉胃说留点位子让我吃完吧～
To dessert, Rose Rose Love you, and pictures exactly the same, as if it is like the old Chinese song Rose Rose I Love You. Menu Description saying that this is their homemade orange cream cake baking, sprinkle with chocolate cream and strawberry soil surrounded by delicate petals. Coupled with peanut ice cream. 饮料，热巧克力。真的很好喝，虽然不是先有饮料才来餐点。还真的是巧克力！巧克力是我的最爱！

根据ABR Holding说，凯蒂猫胡姬花园咖啡馆会每几个月推出新的菜单，也许这样以来生意也会迈远。否则不到几年就关闭了。因为不是很多咖啡馆都能够走得长远。

吃完了后，收银台处有凯蒂猫的形状柜台售卖纪念品，能让你买一些纪念品带回家。但没有一件纪念品是能够吸引到我有股冲动我想买了它！ 所以就这样付埋单离开回家了。
